As the "barometer" of China's alcoholic drinks industry and the "weathervane" of the food industry, the 110th National Sugar, Alcoholic Drinks and Foodstuff Fair underwent comprehensive innovation and upgrading, meeting merchants and visitors with a new look as the "Spring Sugar Festival". The total exhibition area reached 325,000 m², attracting over 400,000 professional visitors, setting new records in both exhibition scale and attendance.
For the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Pavilion at the 109th National Sugar, Alcoholic Drinks and Foodstuff Fair, the project team, facing a tight schedule with only 10 days for preparation, leveraged their solid professional expertise and efficient execution. They collaborated with the organizer to complete the image design, production, construction, and operational execution for the entire Pavilion (Hall 20) within the deadline. This included 11 custom-built exhibits (construction area nearly 1,000 m²), over 100 standard booths and group exhibition areas (construction area nearly 1,000 m²), and advertising atmosphere design in public areas. Throughout the project execution, the rhythm was compact yet orderly and smooth, with progress, quality, and costs all effectively managed.
